Channel Account Manager – North America (Central Region)

This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our channel ecosystem—building strong relationships, accelerating partner revenue growth, and ensuring long-term partner success.

This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our channel ecosystem—building strong relationships, accelerating partner revenue growth, and ensuring long-term partner success.
You will act as the primary interface between Exabeam and our partners in the region—owning recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and joint business planning—while aligning closely with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive execution and impact. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and is passionate about building high-value partnerships.
Partner Recruitment & Activation
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners across our Central Region, with an emphasis on VARs, Resellers, TSDs and Distributors.
- Lead onboarding workflows, system access, and delivery of key assets (welcome kits, credentials, etc.).
- Serve as the primary point of contact during initial partner engagement.
- Track and report onboarding progress, KPIs, and partner satisfaction.
Partner Enablement & Growth
- Drive enablement initiatives across technical, sales, and operational roles within partner organizations.
- Deliver and coordinate workshops, webinars, and training sessions (both live and recorded).
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and enablement teams to customize partner content and learning experiences.
- Monitor and report on partner certifications, engagement levels, and enablement milestones.
Joint Business Planning & Execution
- Partner with regional sales teams and solution architects to build joint go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with partners on pipeline generation, marketing campaigns, and demand creation activities.
- Provide structured feedback to the Partner Program Office to improve onboarding, enablement, and partner engagement models.
- Maintain detailed records of partner performance, enablement touchpoints, and business growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or strategic alliances—preferably within cybersecurity or enterprise software.
- Proven experience working with partners in the Central Region, including knowledge of local procurement processes and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with Exabeam’s solutions (SIEM, UEBA, and AI-driven Security Operations Platform) and how they align to the regional cybersecurity landscape and regulatory requirements.
- Experience using partner portals, enablement tools, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- A passion for partner success, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
Salary: The annual starting salary for this position is between $168,000 annually + commission, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
